Annual Golf Tournament

Annually, the Rotary Club and the United Arc, both of Franklin & Hampshire Counties, hold a charity golf tournament at the Country Club of Greenfield. The main goal of this tournament is two-fold. Work towards justice and equality for people with disabilities through the United Arc of Franklin & Hampshire Counties will benefit. They have been providing support and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families since 1951.
Rotary uses the funds to give yearly scholarships to students in Franklin County whose ideals are much like that of Rotarians; portraying a view of “service above self” by actively participating in school and community events. In order to keep the funds raised locally, we choose a student from each high school, including the Turners Falls Technical School who plan to attend Greenfield Community College.
